Change Management

Technology changes, mergers & acquisitions and the drive for more with less (e.g. Lean and Agile), are just some of the reasons requiring organisations to respond and change – often at pace – in order to stay ahead.
‘Change management’ has become the catch-all term. And successful change management or transformation requires more than just a coherent rationale, strategy and a good implementation plan.
Behaviours, attitudes, values – even an organisation’s culture – may need to be changed to enable achievement of the desired result.
